Ingredients /nutrition
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 tbsp pounded chilies
- 300 g peeled prawns
- 1 tbsp tamarind mix with 11 tbsp water, reserve liquid and discard pulp
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil in frying pan and stir fry onion and chilies.
- Stir in prawns for a minute.
- Add in remaining ingredients and simmer gently until cooked.
- Serve hot.
