- 100 g all purpose flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- 280 ml milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 200 g minced pork
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 10 tbsp green peas
- 2 tbsp cornflour mix with 1 tbsp milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- oil for deep frying
Methods / instructions
- To prepare pancake batter, combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Fry batter over low heat to make about 18 thin pancakes.
- To prepare meat filling, heat up oil and stir fry onion, meat, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Add in green peas and corn starch. Stir fry until dry.
- Place meat at one edge of pancake, flap the short end of 2 sides over and roll mixture to form a roll.
- Dip pancake rolls in beaten eggs and then bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown and serve hot.
