- 1/2 kg pork or boneless chicken, cut into chunks
- 5 pounded shallots
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp roasted and grounded peanuts
- 18 satay sticks
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients and thread on satay sticks.
- Grill meat until done and serve hot.
