Pork satay or chicken satay recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1/2 kg pork or boneless chicken, cut into chunks
  • 5 pounded shallots
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp roasted and grounded peanuts
  • 18 satay sticks

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and thread on satay sticks.
  2. Grill meat until done and serve hot.
