Grilled chicken recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 chicken, cut into pieces
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 5 pounded shallots
  • 1 pounded garlic clove
  • 2 tsp red wine
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 18 tbsp oil
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 9 tbsp water

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients and set aside for an hour.
  2. Heat up oil and deep fry chicken until cooked.
  3. Place bacon on chicken and add in water.
  4. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Bring to grill under low flame.
  6. Serve hot.
