- 1 chicken, cut into pieces
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 5 pounded shallots
- 1 pounded garlic clove
- 2 tsp red wine
- 3 tbsp water
- 18 tbsp oil
- 3 slices bacon
- 9 tbsp water
Methods / instructions
- Combine the first 7 ingredients and set aside for an hour.
- Heat up oil and deep fry chicken until cooked.
- Place bacon on chicken and add in water.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Bring to grill under low flame.
- Serve hot.
