Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp oil
- 400 g potatoes, cut into pieces
- 250 g carrots, cut into pieces
- 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 pounded shallots
- 1 pc cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 880 ml water
- 2 tbsp cornflour mix with 5 tbsp water
Methods / instructions
- Marinate chicken with soya sauce and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry shallots and chicken.
- Add in remaining ingredients, bring to boil, simmer gently until chicken is tender.
- Serve hot.
