Ingredients /nutrition
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 pc chopped ginger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup diced barbecued pork
- 1/2 cup peeled shrimps
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 6 cups cooked rice
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 stalk scallion, trimmed and chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- pepper to taste
- pickled green chilies
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil in wok and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Stir in onion, barbecue pork, shrimps and peas.
- Season well with soy sauce and add in rice.
- Add in remaining ingredients and continue to stir to ensure all ingredients well mixed.
- Serve hot.
