- 400 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 tbsp dried shrimps
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 3 tbsp milk
Methods / instructions
- Separate cabbage leaves but remain as whole piece. Clean and set aside.
- Soak dried shrimps for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in wok and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add in cabbage and stir fry for a minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 12 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
