- 1/2 kg beef or mutton, cut into small chunks
- 2 pounded candlenuts
- 1 pounded garlic cloves
- 2 pounded ginger slices
- 4 pounded shallots
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp roasted and grounded peanuts
- 18 satay sticks
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients and thread meat on satay sticks.
- Grill meat until cooked and serve hot.
