- 700 g beef chunks
- 1 sliced onion
- 500 ml evaporated milk
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili paste
- 1/2 lemon peel
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan, bring to boil and gently simmer until meat is tender.
- Serve hot.
