Baked prawns with pepper garlic recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 550 g prawns
  • 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp pounded black pepper powder
  • 4 pounded garlic cloves
  • 4 pounded coriander roots
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp sugar

Methods / instructions

  1. Arrange prawns on an oven proof serving dish. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add in remaining stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook until fragrant and pour sauce over prawns.
  4. Bake for 9 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree C.
  5. Serve immediately.
