- 550 g prawns
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp pounded black pepper powder
- 4 pounded garlic cloves
- 4 pounded coriander roots
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp sugar
Methods / instructions
- Arrange prawns on an oven proof serving dish. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add in remaining stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook until fragrant and pour sauce over prawns.
- Bake for 9 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree C.
- Serve immediately.
