Steamed eggs with minced meat recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 minced century egg
  • 3 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 minced salted egg
  • 1 stalk finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic oil
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 160ml water

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour egg mixture in a steaming tray and steam at low heat for 12 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
