Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 minced century egg
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 1 minced salted egg
- 1 stalk finely chopped spring onion
- 1 tbsp fried garlic oil
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 160ml water
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Pour egg mixture in a steaming tray and steam at low heat for 12 minutes.
- Serve hot.
