- 650 g chicken breast
- 5 garlic cloves
- 4 shallots
- 2 cm piece turmeric
- 4 tbps coriander seeds
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 5 dried chilies
salt to taste
- ghee for greasing
- 5 1/2 tbsp honey
Methods / instructions
- Combine the first 9 ingredients in a covered dish and marinate in a refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
- Rub ghee over chicken and grill or roast until chicken is cooked.
- Rub honey over chicken and serve immediately.
