Prawn fritters recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 90 g self-raising flour
  • 20 g corn flour
  • 140 ml water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 280 g prawns
  • 480 ml oil for deep frying
  •  

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
  2. Heat up oil and deep fry prawns until golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat, drain on kitchen paper towel and serve hot.
