- 90 g self-raising flour
- 20 g corn flour
- 140 ml water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 280 g prawns
- 480 ml oil for deep frying

Methods / instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
- Heat up oil and deep fry prawns until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, drain on kitchen paper towel and serve hot.
