Onion & prawn omelet recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 3 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 shredded red chili
  • 50 g prawn meat
  • 1 stalk finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 tsp chicken stock granules
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 35 ml sunflower oil

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  2. Heat up oil in a non stick pan and pour egg mixture.
  3. Fry at low heat until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
