Ingredients /nutrition
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 shredded red chili
- 50 g prawn meat
- 1 stalk finely chopped spring onion
- 1 tsp chicken stock granules
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 35 ml sunflower oil
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients except oil in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Heat up oil in a non stick pan and pour egg mixture.
- Fry at low heat until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
