- 4 flat fish
- 4 garlic cloves, cut into slivers
- 1 pc root ginger, cut into slivers
- 4 tbsp peanut oil
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine
Methods / instructions
- Cut diagonal slashes on both sides of each fish and place in a shallow dish. Set aside.
- Add remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to boil and pour over fish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat grill and grill fish for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
