Marinated grilled fish recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 4 flat fish
  • 4 garlic cloves, cut into slivers
  • 1 pc root ginger, cut into slivers
  • 4 tbsp peanut oil
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine

Methods / instructions

  1. Cut diagonal slashes on both sides of each fish and place in a shallow dish. Set aside.
  2. Add remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to boil and pour over fish.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat grill and grill fish for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve immediately.
