Ingredients /nutrition
- 4 shallots
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 pc ginger
- 2 cm dried shrimp paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp chili paste
- 3 eggs
- 500 g boiled cockles flesh
- some water
- salt to taste
- 50 g shredded mustard greens
- 800 g koey teow or noodles
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 4 tbsp sweet soya sauce
- 2 sliced red chilies
- 40 g shredded spring onions
Methods / instructions
- Ground the first 4 ingredients and stir fry in hot oil until fragrant.
- Stir in oyster sauce, chili paste, cockles and eggs.
- Pour in some water and allow to boil.
- Add in remaining ingredients and cook until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Serve immediately.
