- 300 ml vegetable oil
- 600 g medium size prawn
- 65g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp evaporated milk
- 16 curry leaves
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock granules
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil and deep fry prawns until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, drain on kitchen paper towel and set aside.
- Melt butter in a separate pan and add remaining ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Return prawns into pan and stir well.
- Serve hot.
