- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pc sliced ginger
- 220 g Chinese Shiitake mushrooms, soaked to soften
- 180 g dried oysters, soaked to soften
- 350 g soaked sea cucumber, cut into pieces
- 18 g black mosses, rinse with water
- 850 ml chicken stock
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- pepper to taste
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil in wok and saute ginger until fragrant.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
