Braised dried oysters recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pc sliced ginger
  • 220 g Chinese Shiitake mushrooms, soaked to soften
  • 180 g dried oysters, soaked to soften
  • 350 g soaked sea cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 18 g black mosses, rinse with water
  • 850 ml chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • pepper to taste

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat oil in wok and saute ginger until fragrant.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
