Ingredients /nutrition
- 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 diced onion
- 3 tbsp minced Chinese barbecued pork
- 1 sliced red chili
- 3 sliced bird’s eye chili
- 2 bowls cold, cooked rice
- 100 g shrimps
- 3 tbsp mixed peas, blanched with hot water and drained
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil in wok and saute garlic and ginger.
- Add in eggs and fry omelet style. Cut into pieces.
- Stir in onions and barbecue pork until fragrant.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook at high heat for 2 minutes.
- Stir well and serve hot.
