Ingredients /nutrition
- 500 ml vegetable oil
- 1 kg crabs, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp corn flour mix with 80ml water
- 6 finely minced shallots
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp thick soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
Methods / instructions
- Heat up oil, coat crabs in corn floor and deep fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove crabs from heat, drain on kitchen paper towel and set aside.
- Remain 3-4 tbsp oil on pan and add in remaining ingredients.
- Saute until fragrant and add in crabs.
- Cook until sauce thickens and serve immediately.
