- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 550 g beansprouts
- 70 g sliced and fried salt fish flesh
- 1 sliced red chili
- 3 stalks sliced Chinese chives
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 minced garlic cloves
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and stir all the ingredients.
- Add some water if required.
- Serve hot.
