Bean sprouts with salted fish recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 550 g beansprouts
  • 70 g sliced and fried salt fish flesh
  • 1 sliced red chili
  • 3 stalks sliced Chinese chives
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 minced garlic cloves

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and stir all the ingredients.
  2. Add some water if required.
  3. Serve hot.
