Bbq fish recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 5 red chilies
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp thick dark sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp shrimp paste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 whole fish, slit to form diagonal patterns

Methods / instructions

  1. Grind chilies and garlic until form a smooth paste. Combine with soy sauce, lemon juice and shrimp paste.
  2. Rub salt on fish and pour spice mixture over fish.
  3. Place fish on grill lined with banana leaves.
  4. Grill for 15-18 minutes until cooked.
  5. Serve hot.
