- 3 1/2 tbsp glutinous rice
- 420 g beef topside, cut into 3 pieces
- 3/4 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 tbsp dried galingale, soaked in hot water for 45 minutes and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
Methods / instructions
- Dry fry glutinous in a hot skillet until brown and pound to powder using electric food processor or blender.
- Roast beef in preheated oven at 200 degree C for 16 minutes. Shred to thin strips and combine with powdered rice.
- Combine fish sauce and anchovy paste in a pan and cook until smooth.
- Add in beef mixture and remaining ingredients.
- Stir well and serve warm.
