Sour fish soup recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 700 g fish fillet
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 5 thinly sliced shallots
  • 1 tsp chopped red chilies
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies
  • 6 stalks lemon grass
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar

Methods / instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently until fish is cooked.
  2. Serve hot.
