Ingredients /nutrition
- 700 g fish fillet
- 4 cups fish stock
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- 5 thinly sliced shallots
- 1 tsp chopped red chilies
- 1 tsp chopped green chilies
- 6 stalks lemon grass
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
Methods / instructions
- Add all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently until fish is cooked.
- Serve hot.
