- 220 g pork stomach
- 6 peeled garlic cloves
- 4 dried red chilies
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 peeled and shredded carrots
Methods / instructions
- Add pork stomach and enough water to cover in a saucepan and boil for 1/2 hour.
- Meanwhile, pound garlic, chilies and tomatoes in a mortar and stir in fish sauce.
- Arrange shredded carrot on serving plate and pour sauce over.
- Drain pork stomach and thinly slice.
- Arrange pork stomach on top of salad.
- Mix well and chill for 20 minutes in refrigerator before serving.
