Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 cup diced tofu, browned in oil
- 2 chopped green onions
- 3/4 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 stalk minced lemongrass, white part only
- 1 cup chopped mint
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp roasted and ground sticky rice
- 2 thinly sliced chilies
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced banana flower
- 2 chopped long beans
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh galangal
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil and saute garlic until brown.
- Combine remaining ingredients and stir until fragrant.
- Allow to cool prior serving.
