Fried pork spareribs recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 kg pork spareribs, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 peeled and chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Methods / instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except vegetable oil in a bowl. Set aside for 45 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and fry spareribs for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve immediately with boiled white rice.
