Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 kg pork spareribs, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3/4 tbsp sugar
- 3 peeled and chopped garlic cloves
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Methods / instructions
- Add all ingredients except vegetable oil in a bowl. Set aside for 45 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry spareribs for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with boiled white rice.
