Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 1/2 tsp peanut oil
- 7 slices ginger
- 7 sliced and deep fried garlic cloves
- 8 sliced shallots
- 500 g chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 8 cups sliced mushroom
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp sweet sherry
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 cups chicken stock
Methods / instructions
- Heat peanut oil in claypot and brown ginger, garlic, shallots and chicken until cooked and fragrant.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for a further 8 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
