Chicken with ginger recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 700 g chicken meat
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup water

Methods / instructions

  1. Rub salt into chicken and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  3. Saute ginger, garlic and onion until brown.
  4. Add in chicken and cook until brown.
  5. Pour in water and heat through for 6 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
