Ingredients /nutrition
- 700 g chicken meat
- 2 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup water
Methods / instructions
- Rub salt into chicken and set aside.
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Saute ginger, garlic and onion until brown.
- Add in chicken and cook until brown.
- Pour in water and heat through for 6 minutes.
- Serve hot.
