Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 chicken
- 2 l water
- 3 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 chopped spring onions
- 5 tbsp shredded cilantro
- 1 sliced red chili
Methods / instructions
- Add chicken and water in a heavy saucepan and bring to boil for 25 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and debone the chicken. Cut the flesh to bite size pieces.
- Return meat and bones to saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add in remaining ingredients and heat through.
- Serve hot with rice.
