- 1 lb thinly sliced beef flank steak
- 3 grounded garlic cloves
- 3/4 tbsp grounded ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame seed
- 3/4 tbsp sugar
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 4 1/2 cups vegetable oil
Methods / instructions
- Combine the first 7 ingredients from the ingredient list and marinate for 4 hours.
- Heat oil and deep fry marinated beef until cooked.
- Serve immediately.
