Ingredients /nutrition
- 35 g thinly sliced beef
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tsp lightly toasted white sesame seeds
- 25 g peeled and julienned onion
- 25 g julienned carrot
- 1 julienned green capsicum
- salt to taste
- 3 julienned shiitake mushrooms
- 50 g dried sweet potato noodles
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lightly toasted white sesame seeds
Methods / instructions
- Mix well the first 6 ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Stir fry onion, carrot and capsicum in a lightly greased pan.
- Season with salt and set aside.
- Pan fry marinated beef and mushroom.
- Meanwhile, boil noodles until soften and mix with soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
- Stir fry noodles with beef and vegetables for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
