- 480 g Teriyaki beef
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 canned pineapple rings
- 125 ml canned pear juice
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 peeled and minced onion
- 125 ml mirin
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 sliced scallion
- 2 sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp lightly toasted white sesame seeds
- 4 drops sesame oil
Methods / instructions
- Mix well the first 9 ingredients from the list in a mixing bowl.
- Cover with cling film and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Heat oil and saute garlic until aromatic.
- Stir in marinated beef and remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
