Sesame scotch fillet recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 480 g scotch fillet
  • 1/4 cup lightly toasted and crushed sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 finely chopped spring onions
  • water to cover ingredients

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 55 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
