Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 480 g scotch fillet
- 1/4 cup lightly toasted and crushed sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 4 finely chopped spring onions
- water to cover ingredients
Methods / instructions
- Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 55 minutes.
- Serve hot.
