Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 60 g dried seaweed, soaked in cold water for 15 minutes, drained and sliced
- 500 g shelled and diced clams
- 11 cups water
- Korean soy sauce to taste
Methods / instructions
- Heat sesame oil and pan fry garlic, seaweed and clams for 4 minutes.
- Pour in water and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently for 45 minutes.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
- Serve hot.
