Seaweed soup recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 60 g dried seaweed, soaked in cold water for 15 minutes, drained and sliced
  • 500 g shelled and diced clams
  • 11 cups water
  • Korean soy sauce to taste

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil and pan fry garlic, seaweed and clams for 4 minutes.
  2. Pour in water and bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 45 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce to taste.
  5. Serve hot.
