- 1/2 tsp salt
- 160 g spinach
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lightly toasted white sesame seeds

Methods / instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil with salt.
- Add spinach and cook for 1 minute.
- Drain and cut spinach into smaller pieces and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
