Seafood platter recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp spicy soy bean paste 1 tsp mashed peeled garlic
  • 1 tsp mashed peeled ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • shredded lettuce
  • 6 boiled shrimps
  • 1 boiled squid, cut into rings
  • 4 oysters
  • 4 boiled mini abalones
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 strip of cucumber
  •  

Methods / instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing the first 8 ingredients from the ingredient list and pour in a sauce boat. Set aside.
  2. Arrange shredded lettuce on plate and place all the seafood ingredients on top.
  3. Serve seafood with dipping sauce.
