- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp spicy soy bean paste
1 tsp mashed peeled garlic
- 1 tsp mashed peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- shredded lettuce
- 6 boiled shrimps
- 1 boiled squid, cut into rings
- 4 oysters
- 4 boiled mini abalones
- 1 tomato
- 1 strip of cucumber

Methods / instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the first 8 ingredients from the ingredient list and pour in a sauce boat. Set aside.
- Arrange shredded lettuce on plate and place all the seafood ingredients on top.
- Serve seafood with dipping sauce.
