Seafood pancake recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 cups mid gluten flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 6 shrimps
  • 50 g sliced squid
  • 50 g crab meat
  • 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat oil and pour batter.
  3. Pan fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot.
