- 2 cups mid gluten flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 6 shrimps
- 50 g sliced squid
- 50 g crab meat
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Methods / instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.
- Heat oil and pour batter.
- Pan fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot.
