Radish salad recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 200 g shredded white radish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lightly toasted white sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp sliced scallion

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients and chill in refrigerator for 5 hours.
  2. Drain radish and mix with remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve cold.
