Ingredients /nutrition
- 200 g shredded white radish
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lightly toasted white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp sliced scallion
Methods / instructions
- Combine the first 3 ingredients and chill in refrigerator for 5 hours.
- Drain radish and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Serve cold.
