Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 head Chinese cabbage, cut into bite size pieces
- 140 g sliced white radish
- 3 tbsp salt
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 sliced scallions
- 2 slices chopped ginger
- 3 1/4 l water
- 125 ml clear sweetened carbonated water (Seven-Up or Sprite)
Methods / instructions
- Mix well the first 3 ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Rinse cabbage and radish with cold water, drain and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Cover with cling film and chill in refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Serve cold.
