Ingredients /nutrition
- 550 g sliced assorted mushrooms (enoki, oyster, porcini and button)
- 10 sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 3 leaves sliced Chinese cabbage
- 1/2 sliced red capsicum
- 4 cups beef stock
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 200 g thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 1 thinly sliced leek, green part only
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Methods / instructions
- Add mushrooms, cabbage and capsicum in casserole dish.
- Bring beef stock to boil in a heavy saucepan and pour into casserole dish.
- Add garlic and simmer gently casserole dish mixture for 8 minutes.
- Add beef and cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Add leek and season well with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with boiled fragrant rice.
