- 2 cups mid gluten flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp yam starch
- 30 g diced leek
- 12 oyster
- 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Methods / instructions
- To make the pancake batter, mix the first 5 ingredients from the ingredient list.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Heat oil and pan fry pancake mixture until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot.
