Leek & oyster pancake recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 cups mid gluten flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp yam starch
  • 30 g diced leek
  • 12 oyster
  • 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
  • 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Methods / instructions

  1. To make the pancake batter, mix the first 5 ingredients from the ingredient list.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat oil and pan fry pancake mixture until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot.
