Ingredients /nutrition
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 120 g peeled and chopped onion
- 140 g shredded pork
- 75 g Kim Chi
- 1 stalk trimmed and chopped scallion
- 3 eggs
- 1 bowl of steamed white rice
- salt to taste
Methods / instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil and sweat onion until aromatic.
- Stir in pork, kimchi and scallions.
- Stir fry until pork is cooked and set aside.
- Place 1 raw egg into a bowl of cold steamed white rice and combine well.
- Preheat pot, stir fry egg and rice until done.
- Return pork mixture and salt to taste into rice. Combine well and set aside.
- Beat remaining 2 eggs and heat oil in frying pan.
- Pour beaten eggs and pan fry.
- Add rice on top and roll up egg sheet.
- Serve hot.
