Kimchi stew recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 80 g thinly sliced pork
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 250 ml kimchi brine
  • 180 g sour kimchi, cut into cubes
  • 380 ml water
  • 1 sliced soft bean curd
  • leek slices

Methods / instructions

  1. Season pork with ginger juice, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar and kimchi brine for 40 minutes.
  2. Place seasoned pork with sour kimchi in a pot.
  3. Pour water and bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in bean curd.
  5. Cook for 18 minutes and top with leek slices.
  6. Serve immediately.
