- 80 g thinly sliced pork
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 250 ml kimchi brine
- 180 g sour kimchi, cut into cubes
- 380 ml water
- 1 sliced soft bean curd
- leek slices
Methods / instructions
- Season pork with ginger juice, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar and kimchi brine for 40 minutes.
- Place seasoned pork with sour kimchi in a pot.
- Pour water and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in bean curd.
- Cook for 18 minutes and top with leek slices.
- Serve immediately.
