- 200 g ground beef
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 diced onion
- 220 g sliced kimchi
- 550 g cold cooked rice
- 1 diced capsicum
- 3 thinly sliced scallions
- 1 sliced green chili
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Methods / instructions
- Season beef with soy sauce and garlic in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil and stir fry beef with sugar, onion and kimchi for 2 minutes.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add remaining oil and reduce heat to medium.
- Add rice and stir fry for 1/2 minute before adding beef and remaining ingedients.
- Cook briefly and serve hot.
