Ingredients /nutrition
- 100 ml light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 150 g chopped onions
- 3 trimmed scallions
- 3 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 130 ml pineapple syrup
- 1 kg thinly sliced beef ribs
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill overnight.
- Grill ribs until cooked.
- Serve hot.
