Ingredients /nutrition
- 6 small fish
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp lightly toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 3/4 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients and place fish on greased tray.
- Grill under medium heat until fish is cooked.
- Brush fish with sauce during cooking.
- Serve hot.
