Grilled fish recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 6 small fish
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp lightly toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 3/4 tsp finely grated fresh ginger

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and place fish on greased tray.
  2. Grill under medium heat until fish is cooked.
  3. Brush fish with sauce during cooking.
  4. Serve hot.
