Ingredients /nutrition
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 3/4 tsp sesame oil
- 600 g fresh cod, cut into 4 pieces
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients and allow to stand for 20 minutes.
- Pour marinade into a saucepan and simmer gently. Keep warm.
- Grill fish under hot grill for 8 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle marinade sauce over.
- Serve hot.
