Grilled cod fish recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 3/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 600 g fresh cod, cut into 4 pieces

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Pour marinade into a saucepan and simmer gently. Keep warm.
  3. Grill fish under hot grill for 8 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle marinade sauce over.
  5. Serve hot.
