Ingredients /nutrition
- 2 tbsp peeled and crushed garlic
- 1 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 3 1/2 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 grated nashi pear
- 2 minced scallions
- 1 kg beef short ribs, cut into bite size pieces
Methods / instructions
- Mix well al the ingredients and allow to stand for 6 hours.
- Heat grill and grill ribs for 8 minutes.
- Serve hot with bread.
