Grilled beef ribs recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 tbsp peeled and crushed garlic
  • 1 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3 1/2 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 grated nashi pear
  • 2 minced scallions
  • 1 kg beef short ribs, cut into bite size pieces

Methods / instructions

  1. Mix well al the ingredients and allow to stand for 6 hours.
  2. Heat grill and grill ribs for 8 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with bread.
