- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 crushed clove garlic
- 1 tsp minced scallion
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 320 g sliced beef steak mushrooms
- 120 g sliced beef
- 8 sliced scallions, white part only
- short bamboo skewers
Methods / instructions
- To make the sauce, mix well the first 7 ingredients from the ingredient list and set aside.
- Thread mushroom, beef and scallions through skewer.
- Brush sauce over them and cook under hot grill for 6 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
